We stand behind Dermalux. If you are not happy with your purchase, you are protected by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, starting on the day your order is delivered.
How it works
- Contact us first. Before returning anything, email dermalux295@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery so we can help and authorize your request. Most issues are resolved quickly — often without sending anything back.
- Return authorization required. Returns are only accepted with prior authorization. Items sent back without authorization cannot be processed.
- For a defective or damaged item, please include a short description plus photos or a video so we can make it right.
What is covered
The guarantee covers your purchase when used as directed and kept in good condition. Refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis. In most cases we do not require you to ship the device back.
Exclusions
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow the user manual.
- Devices that have been tampered with, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Dermalux.
- Normal wear, or requests made after the 60-day window.
- One guarantee claim per customer.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund after approval.
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable US consumer protection law.
