1-Year Limited Warranty

Every Dermalux device is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the date of delivery, for the original purchaser.

What it covers

If your device develops a manufacturing defect under normal use within 12 months, we will repair or replace it (at our discretion) at no charge.

What it does not cover

• Damage from misuse, drops, liquids beyond normal cleaning, or failure to follow the user manual.
• Tampering, modification, or repairs by anyone other than Dermalux.
• Normal cosmetic wear and consumable parts.

How to claim

Email support@dermalux.com with your order number and a short description (photos or a video help). We will guide you through the next steps.

This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under applicable US consumer protection law.
